Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy for shipped orders, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 7-day return policy for local orders, 7 days after purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A $8.75 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount on shipped items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have entered possession of delivery carrier. If your package is lost, please contact delivery carrier and file a missing package claim. In the case of a stolen package, we advise that your local authority be contacted.

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on Redolent Diffusers, Redolent Diffuser Oil, sale items and gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (unused), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at info@vanessachanel.com for an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
